All buyers can find that “great buy” if they stick to a method that will ensure that they will be in a position to secure one of those undervalued houses. You CAN buy a house with built-in equity.
There are two types of houses on the market at any given time. There are houses that are on the market for months or even years because they are not a good value. The other type of house, the house we are looking for, is under-priced. Those houses receive offers within days or even hours of the house hitting the market. You have to be the buyer who knows the moment that a house hits the market. You must have an agent who will make sure that you can view that house before other buyers can get there. I pledge to make sure that you are the first to know and I will always be available by phone or text to meet you at the house in a moments notice. You will get a great buy.
How It Works
You inform me of the area and the price that you would like to search. Provide me other criteria that is important to you such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, lot size, etc. When a house that fits your parameters hits the market, you will receive an e-mail from me with interior and exterior pictures and all other information about the house. If you are curious and want to view the house, it is best to get there as fast as you can. If this house does not turn out to be the right one, we will continue our search. I recognize that we may have to view many, many houses before we find and secure the house you want. I do not want you to buy a house that is not just right for you. In fact, if I observe potential problems with the house I will let you know. I don't want you to spend money for an inspection when the problem could have been pointed out to you before you spent the money. If you have to rescind on a house because of the inspection, that money will not be returned. I am not an inspector but after 23 years of selling houses, I have some knowledge of what to look out for.
